Postage and Packing

We aim to ship all orders within 48hrs (holidays and weekends excluded).

We ship worldwide and use Royal Mail.

Please be aware that once your items are in  the postal system they may become subject to delays. Please allow 21 days for delivery before contacting us for additional information. The vast majority of packages will arrive within this timescale, but unfortunately we cannot investigate any delayed packages before this time has elapsed.

All orders placed on this website attract a flat rate postage charge based on the shipping location We will always try to refund any excess postage price (allowing for a small cost to account for packaging), but when things are busy this can sometimes be forgotten – feel free to send over an email and give us a nudge if we forget!!

At our sole discretion, we may post our order via tracked or signed for postage, this will not affect the amount you pay. We reserve the right to refuse service to customers whose orders are repeatedly lost in transit.

We always obtain a ‘proof of posting’ for everything that leaves us.

Returns of unopened and unassembled items will be accepted within 14 days of the original delivery. If the item to be returned is as a result of an error on our part or is defective then we will reimburse your shipping costs to you along with the goods value. This will be done within 48 hours of the goods being returned to us. Please obtain a certificate of posting for any items returned as we cannot refund on any order we do not physically receive. All refunds will be via the same method that you used to pay for your order.

If the item is returned for any other reason you will be responsible for paying the return shipping amount. When we reimburse the order value to you, but reserve the right to retain any payment processing charges that we have incurred for your order.
